Recruitment Process

  • Document screening

    Review of job suitability

  • 1st interview

    An interview to verify job suitability and talent

  • Personality test

  • 2nd interview

    An interview to verify that the candidate can become a member of the Ajinomoto Group

  • Final pass

    Individual notification to the final passers

  • As a general rule, employees are recruited through non-scheduled recruitment; recruitment announcements are frequently posted on the recruitment site, so please refer to the announcements.
  • For detailed conditions (recruitment targets and qualification criteria, etc.) for each hiring position, please refer to the recruitment announcement posted at the time of hiring.
  • Notification of pass/fail will be sent to each applicant.

Preferences commonly given to all applicants

  • Preferences are given to Incheon residents / those who can speak foreign languages (English, Japanese, Chinese).
